Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions regarding our life coaching services. The guidance and support offered on this website are for life coaching purposes only. These services are designed to facilitate personal and professional growth. These services are not mental health therapy, counseling, or for the diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require therapeutic intervention, please seek assistance from a licensed mental health professional, contact a warm line, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room. While we are committed to supporting your progress and providing valuable insights, it's important to recognize that individual outcomes can vary significantly, and therefore, specific results or achievements cannot be guaranteed. Your success is dependent on your own effort, commitment, and various external factors beyond our control. Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour notice for any session cancellation or rescheduling. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee. Refund Policy: Fees for completed coaching sessions are non-refundable. Once a session has taken place, the time and expertise provided are considered delivered. Confidentiality: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our conversations to the extent permitted by law and ethical guidelines. However, there are limitations to confidentiality, such as legal requirements to disclose information in cases of harm to self or others, or court orders. Client Responsibility & Limitation of Liability: It is expressly agreed that all decisions, actions, and their resulting consequences are the sole responsibility of the client. By utilizing our coaching services, you acknowledge and affirm that you are acting independently and will not hold Eli Balay, eliblifecoach.com or its representatives liable for any outcomes related to your choices. Our services are designed to provide guidance and support, but the direction you take and the results you achieve are ultimately your own. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eli Balay and Eli B Life Coach, LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your engagement in our coaching services or your subsequent actions.
